To ensure a fair and transparent process, please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Lucky Draw.

The Lucky Draw is open to all customers who place an online order of Rs. 10,000 or more.
Only a single order with a minimum value of Rs. 10,000 or more will be considered eligible for the Lucky Draw. Multiple smaller orders (e.g., Rs. 5,000 + Rs. 5,000) cannot be combined to meet the entry requirement.
Only orders that have been successfully delivered within the campaign period will be eligible for entry.
This offer is valid for online purchases only. In-store purchases are not included.

The Lucky Draw will commence on April 21, 2025, and conclude on May 20, 2025.
Only orders placed and delivered within this period will be considered for entry.

Each qualifying order will be automatically entered into the Lucky Draw.
Multiple entries are allowed; each eligible order will count as a separate entry.
No manual submission or registration is required beyond placing a qualifying order.

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
The final announcement will be made on May 26, 2025, via 1st Step Shoes and Bags’ official social media platforms.
Winners will also be contacted directly through the contact details provided at checkout.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
1st Step Shoes and Bags reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if necessary.
By participating, customers consent to the use of their name, image, or likeness for promotional purposes related to the Lucky Draw, without additional compensation.
