How can I Shop Online?
As you browse through the 1st Step Shoes & Bags Website, Select your desired items. Click on the Add to Cart button and proceed to checkout. Provide relevant information for successful check-out.
Will my order be placed if I don’t get the code?
If you do not receive the confirmation code due to some technical issues. You will receive a confirmation call from our customer support team between 11:00 AM- 06:00 PM.
What are your payment options?
You can purchase your items through COD (cash on delivery) or Easy Paisa/ Jazz Cash.
How much does shipping cost?
Get free delivery upon the purchase of Rs.3000 (Three Thousand). For purchases, less than 3000 (Three Thousand) delivery charges of Rs.300 (Three hundred) will charge

Can I exchange my items?
You can exchange your items by visiting any nearest stores within 07 days after the purchase/order delivery. The exchange policy is valid for in-store and online shopping.
Can I cancel my order?

How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following week.
How can I track my delivery?
Once you have placed your order. You will get an SMS and confirmation call. You will also receive an SMS from our logistics partner along with the tracking code so you can track your order easily. You may also receive a call from the courier company for address confirmation
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
The Standard delivery days are 4 to 5 working days subject to a correct address. Regardless, the order might get delayed due to uncertain circumstances.
